Challenge: The environmental organisation Robin Wood has been working hard to promote nature conservation for over 30 years. The focal points of the campaign are forests, rain forests and climate. How can we raise awareness and generate donations through a print campaign? Idea: We developed a print advertisement with a photo-realistic illustration style, which dramatically demonstrates the consequences of increased CO2 emissions for both the climate and the animal world. Solution: Our print advertisement highlights the destruction of the Arctic. As a result of increased shipping and oil and gas extraction as well as the reckless over-exploitation of nature, a polar bear is vanishing from our motif. If we destroy nature, we destroy life. The motif is presented in the same authentic way as the issue at hand. The photo-realistic illustration style, the 3D presentation and the wealth of information provided also highlight various different causes of increased CO2 emissions.
